The Problem
Larkin University’s parking enforcement relied on outdated manual records and paper decals with no security verification system. Security staff had no quick way to verify vehicle ownership, and the school had no digital infrastructure to track parking assignments.
The Solution
I conceptualized and led the development of a fully integrated smart decal system that connects physical parking permits with a secure digital database via scannable QR codes. Security teams can now instantly verify driver and vehicle information on the spot - improving campus safety and operational efficiency.

•User Research & Needs Assessment: Met with campus security, facilities, and admin teams to define key problems and user requirements.
